More and more tram and bus stops are fitted with a rubber mat. It enables partially sighted persons to find their way easier to where the bus stops. In Brussels, the metro is becoming more and more accessible. The Brussels's Region has installed lifts as part of the refurbishment of the major underground stations. Every station has a map in Braille and the way to the plateforms and exits are marked with tactile warning surface.
